Product Manager (m/f/d) autonomous Cleaning Technology

• Responsibility for product development and the roadmap in the field of autonomous cleaning—from the initial idea to market launch
• Conducting market, competitive, and customer-benefit analyses and deriving clear, actionable recommendations from them
• Creating product specifications and market requirements documents (MRDs) in close coordination with development and sales
• Developing business cases and soundly evaluating the profitability of new products
• Actively supporting sales with materials and presentations, as well as supporting trade show appearances and representing the product persuasively
• Serving as the central interface to sales, development, subsidiaries, and authorized dealers

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in product management in the manufacturing industry, ideally with a technical product focus; experience in the sales of technical products is welcome!
• Confident handling of Excel and business metrics; SAP knowledge and experience with common product management tools are an advantage
• Business-fluent written and spoken German and English language skills (at least C1)
• Numbers and business relationships are your tools—you can prepare analyses, build business cases, and use them to convince decision-makers
• You have the presence needed to hold your own within an established team, the persuasiveness to win others over to new approaches, and a certain willingness to travel internationally
