Quality & Process Management Specialist (m/f/d)

• Ensure, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated management system across all company sites.
• Organize and facilitate meetings focused on process design, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Plan, organize, and conduct internal audits.
• Coordinate and support external audits.
• Lead and implement cross-functional projects.

• Several years of professional experience in quality management and/or process management, with comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Proven experience in planning and conducting audits.
• Proficiency in the use of quality management software and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an independent, structured approach to work and the ability to understand complex processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to engage, facilitate, and guide stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
